hey i bought mines through best buy so i did not have to do the mail in rebate thing i paid 299 up front but can i just call att and have them credit 100 to my bill? or would i have to go through best buy
since i bought the phone with cash they gave me the $105 right on the spot, yay! and since i had a backcover wobble problem i even got a brand new phone!!

Yea I thought they were gonna make me go through best buy but happily they resolved it with a credit

Ok here's the situation, my mothe purchased the Bold for me but she's a ICU/CCU Nurse at the local hospital and they recently signed a contract with AT&T to give employees discounts and all for service and phones. I got my phone on May 5, 2009 (5/5/09) and now its June 4, 2009, the deal is though my AT&T rep said that due to the hospital's contact the phone wold not be $399 as listed but $249.99 due to the discount so in total my phone turned out to be around $274. But my problem is since it was already less than $299 but was MARKED down (aka discounted because my mother is a healthcare provider) might I still get that $100 credit?
Honestly the reason being is that if I got the phone now with the new price my mom's discount should have counted to a lower price do you see what I'm saying?
I don't understand the reasoning behind their denial of the credit anyways. But could someone please help me :-/ I'm a real novice when it comes to BB's and am a little intimidated over the reps.
