I have a lot of notifications that are old, tried to reboot 3 times. They won't go away.

    Little help please.

For example, Facebook says 2 but there is no more

Have you tried a battery pull, that should do it.

Toss you phone out of the car window when you're driving down the highway.

    No more notifications!

try opening all the your old emails, mms etc. etc... Sometimes if you open a message it will still show up as new even though you opened it...

...let's be clear here, when you say notifications, are you saying you have icons on your home screen for emails, Facebook, etc, etc?

If yes, try the battery pull like everyone else has stated (DO NOT turn the device off first, wait at least 30 seconds before putting the battery back in). Failing that, you could try the mark previous items as read option from messages \ Facebook...

For a while I had mypace notifications and after about a week it went away... So patience is a virtue. If ppl see your phone they will think you are so popular that you can't keep up with all your new messages!
