loosing internet connection for 3rd party software !

Hi,
My friend have a BB Bold whith data plan, there is a problem whith the internet connection for 3rd party software, when he run one of those applications (facebook, gmail, twitter...) for the two first minutes there is no problem then he loose the internet connection he have to run the BB browser to get the connection back. All permissions are correctly set, we tried diffrent os versions, but the problem still there.
If someone had this kind of problem befor can help us, may be we missed some thing.

Are the APN settings configured properly? Options -> Advanced Options -> TCP/IP. You need to put in your carrier's APN information. You should be able to find them using Google.

Yes APN settings are correctly configured, and the problem still there.
