    Hello guys,

I've had my 9780 for like 3 weeks and I've recently noticed that the bezel is loose on some places, especially the bottom part. I can like push the bezel in and hear a click. I have that also next to the volume buttons.
I read that removing the plastic under the keyboard and tightening the T5 torx screws will fix the problem.
    Has anyone else tried this?

    Thanks!

This is fairly normal. I noticed this when I got my Bold and was concerned. I asked people here and they said it was fairly common. I also took it back to my carrier store and they showed me that all the Bolds have this, basically. I just stuck a case on it and forgot about it. Just avoid playing with the bezel to make it loose. Otherwise, you're probably fine.

I had the same problem. Call me crazy, but I put a dab of superglue inside the bezel (took the bezel off, of course) and it hasn't moved at all since. Just be careful if you do this, you don't wanna get the superglue anywhere BUT the plastic of the bezel. Could end poorly.

It's very annoying that you buy a device for so expensive and get such poor build quality.
I read that once you take off the bezel, it'll never go back on as tightly as it was before. This scares me.
So no one knows anything but the T5 screws fixing the problem? Thanks!
