    Yep, mine is "faux" as well, but the cf pattern on my bezel is not squarish like the thread-starter.

    I am actually in the process looking for someone that can airbrush on carbon fiber patterns on both the bottom piece ans bezel. I have seen some airbrushed and looked almost like real thing.

    Did you just do the bottom piece? How long did it take you?

    Random side note: It looks spray painted with a clear coat on top.
