    The "i" key on the 9780 is not working well, u have to press it hard to make it work.
    Is anyone having the same problem as me ?
    If yes, any solution to that ?

    Sounds like dirt under the contacts. Dismantle and clean the phone if you are brave. Source a new keyboard maybe.

    Ultimately there is no magic quick fix.

    You might want to try taking the phone apart and peeling of the keypad membrane and re-attaching it. This usually solves the problems, like when the phone presses two keys at once.
