Hi - I'm a former 2+ years Curve user, I am having major problems resetting my BlackBerry Bold 9700 the same way (ALT, ARROW & Delete). I've been holding down the left alt button, then the arrow & delete and my phone isn't resetting. I hold these down for about 5 to 7 seconds and still nothing. I have to do it manually. I never had any problems resetting my curve using the resetting features.

Is anyone else having trouble or is there a timing trick to doing this the same way with the Bold 9700?

Do this it should look like it froze but it didn't, its doing the rebooting

Thanks dictoresno & godofdeath .... I completely mixed up the right arrow key v. the right shift key.
