Yeah I looked through that thread and I'm not sure which os is the highest. I'm using a 9900.

Great, is it multi language? It says "9900AllLang" and last time I did that I was able to select language which was awesome. Any ideas?

OK, Multi language works.
Just shrunk this down to 125MB and it is probably the fastest 7.1 I have seen.
Even app world seems to slide like butter. Great release.
