Kingston makes good cards. Sometimes you pay extra for the name, though.
well basically just looking for a card thats a good bang for the buck. now i just found a patriot 8gb class 6 for just 4$ more. is it worth the jump from a class 4 to class 6? whats the speed difference?
prefer to buy locally in case anything funky happens.
Class 6 will give faster speeds transferring to the card, but not faster reading on the phone. I have an A Data 8 GB class 2 that works flawlessly. Check out newegg.com, as well as Amazon.
ahhh ok, then its not really worth for me to get class 6. thanks for the explanation as i thought reading speed would increase as well.
We canadian folk have to look at newegg.ca and amazon.ca .... yeah /././. .ca .. lol
There is more places in canada ... like ncix.com is a huge competitor in canada for computer parts and they been around for like 12-15 years here and will price match NP's and so forth against and canadian retailer, etailer and so forth in canada.
I'm using a kingston 8 gig Class 6 it works great and I prefer the faster transfer speeds. I bought mine from Amazon with a Reader for $32.00 delivered

I just one of those. It's awesome.
I had it for a few weeks but it died on me.
I only buy Kingston and SanDisk, so this was the first. I sent it back to Kingston and they sent me a Sealed copy, which I sold it for an 8GB SanDisk Class 6.
I'm not sure if it was defective from the beginning or it was the Class but my transfers was horrible, it took MINUTES to transfer a 1GB file. This was the reason why I sold it.
My Class 6 SanDisk transferred files in seconds.
