    My blackberry 9790 is showing initialisation failed error and does not picking my sim. I have tried other sim cards as well but same response. I have restored my phone, have updated my phone bh desktop software but same error. Plz help

    Maybe a broken SIM card slot? Might be time to take it to a repair shop.

    Thank you for reply, sim card slot is not broken. And it did not happen while changing sim. It happendes itself. Repair mechanic is also unable to solve that issue. Plz help

    Also getting the same error, even after updating software. SIM works perfectly in other phones too. Have you solved the problem?
