Sprint service in my area was damn near impossible so made the switch to AT&T. Managed to snatch the Bold free of charge with the new contract.
Phone should be here by the weekend but since I'm going outta town for the holiday won't be able to attack it until I get back. But I'm mad excited. My homeboy and his wife both have it and ever since I've played with theirs, I've been in love.
So expect me in this section more often and feel free to add me once I get the new PIN. :D

The Bold is a great phone. I would definitely suggest upgrading the software though probably to .247 or .266. The software that comes standard on the Bold isn't that great.

I just did the very same thing. Had a Curve and got bored with it so I decided on the Bold. Ordered it from WalMart.com through LetsTalk and I couldn't be more happy with their service. Placed the order on a Wednesday afternoon at 3:00 and had it shipped overnight. Got the phone at my house at 9:30 the next morning. I LOVE the phone so much. Still learning the ropes and deciding on the best theme for me. I also upgraded to .282 already and it was so easy to do. Good luck, H Class. I know you will love it.

LetsTalk has to be one of the most efficient online companies I've ever dealt with. They kept me constantly updated on my status and literally shipped the phone within hours of me placing the order. Kinda wish I would have at least sprung for the 2 day shipping since it was only $5 but I can wait.
They are official for some carriers but not for AT&T. Regardless they work much better than what comes with the Bold. The difference is night and day.
You'll definitely love the phone. I'm a freshly minted BBer and I must say the Bold is the best phone I ever had. Did the upgrade to .282 last night and I'm really loving it now.
