I had the same issue after upgrading my OS to .282 yesterday.

Do a search for "mass storage solution".

Hate to suggest something this obvious but have you tried a reset on the device and the PC?

    Media card support: ON
    Mass storage mode support: ON
Auto enable mass storage mode when connected: ON

    Correct?

Try options > memory > menu key > remove media card; then repeat that but select install media card the 2nd time. This should reindex your media.

u search for "BB storage Activation new.rar"

Run the bat file, press a key, let the phone reboot and mass storage mode started working again!

Again I will say do a search for a thread titled "mass storage solution" and you will find the exact instructions to solve your problem, including the necessary files to download.

And before running the .bat file, I suggest you disable your device password, then after it's all done you can put your password back on.

Just out of curiosity did you try disabling mass storage. Doing a battery pull then turning it back on (turning mass storage and media card support i mean)?

    Hey guys I went here:

Mass Storage issues? (Here's the fix) - Page 12 - Discussed in BlackBerry Multimedia forum - PinStack.com

Supposedly it helped a lot of people

Maybe you can help me instead, since they do not respond

I Tried to run both the apps provided on my laptop and bb

XP does not run the "hahanew.exe" file right, it crashes then closes on its own saying how its not responding

    Same w/ the other file

I tried to run it on the BB and it just comes up as "download.php" and cant run...

What am I doing wrong ??? Please help, its driving me crazy going to work on the bus and train listening to the same songs over n over n over

    TIA
