    I just got my new Bold after I lost my last one, and I'm having problems with my BlackBerry email. I restored my Blackberry from a backup and updated the OS and for some reason I can't get my BlackBerry email address to work. They want me to create a new one.

    It's no big deal if I have to, I just didn't think I had to. Is the BlackBerry email address tied to the phone it's on? Or am I SOL and I should have to make another one?

    You should be able to login to your BIS account and resend service books.

    EDIT: You might also try going to Options>Advanced Options>Host Routing Table and select Register Now from the menu.

    Also, login and update your PIN so everything transfers over to the new BOLD. Good luck.

    I can't log in to that site for some reason. And when I try to get my password or username to my pin it never sends.
