    maybe this should be in newbies section but this is my first Blackberry and I LOVE IT!

    OK so my question is, can I change the 6 icons on the front screen to applications I want? Thanks!

    Yes you can! Press the BB key (left of the trackball) and move any icon to the top row. To move an icon, just select it and click the BB button (same one as above) and click move.
    The icons in the top row will be the ones you'll have on the home screen.

    Jerseyfresh...congrats. I recently got my bold too and lobve it!!!! I even went in to VZW during my first 30 days with the bold to test out the tour. Why get an imitatation when we got yhe real thing.

    This is the best bb hands down.
    What OS are u running? I would recommend u upgrade to 4.6.0.282 from Rogers if u r with ATT in the US. Better signal, way fewer dropped calls, faster browsing, longer battery life and oh u can switch from 3G&2G to just 2G and save battery when in remote areas

    Went from 8310 swurve to the 9530 Storm to the 9000 BOLD, now i feel just right!!!! Everything seems better with...WELL EVERYTHING!!!!!

    The Bold IS THE PHONE. It's stable, fast, sexy and built very well.

    I'm running Rogers .282 on my Rogers Bold and I highly recommend it.

    Agree... I was just the same.

    What's even better is some custom themes allow you to have apps along the left side as well as the bottom.
