Just got back from both Sprint and Verizon stores (they're right across the street from each other in Livonia, MI) Stopped at Verizon 1st and salesman let me play with his demo Bold 9930, 1st impression, it feels VERY quality made, similar weight of an iphone 4, but not has heavy has a Evo 4G. the touchscreen was very responsive, neither had been activated, so i couldn't test the browsers out. keyboard like everyone has said is the best BlackBerry has made, very comfortable and ease of typing. The Sprint store sales rep said they only had two available for sale tomorrow and hoped they'd get more in Monday. Also, the demo model that the Sprint sales rep let me try out was being sent back because the front panel under the space bar (the black strip that looks like a lil' smile face) had "popped" up a little on the right side ("Maybe they didn't glue down right" said the Sprint sales rep) Overall, I will be very satisfied tomorrow when I pick my Bold 9930 up at The BlackBerry Store in Farmington Hills, MI. I would suggest like I'm doing, before you leave with your new Bold 9930, check that puppy head to toe, look for any defects. Also, Unlike Verizon or Rogers, Sprint's box for the Bold 9930 is just thier normal cheapo white & yellow small box (the sales rep said Sprint is very "green concerned" hence, the small box) I would have loved a sweet black blackberry logo box, but Sprint's green (and cheap) I'll report back tomorrow night after I've played with my new Bold 9930 all day.

All of the ones in NY had it in stock, but none of them wanted to sell it to me. I had to go all the way to NJ and i found some rough-neck latin brotha who was in dire need of money and he activated a BB Bold 9930 for me at Sprint.

Hey, if you guys are in NJ. The sprint store on route 18 in East Brunswick are selling the phones. The only accessory they have at this time is a 2 piece belt clip for $24.99. I just bought my phone, now it's time to switch it over....

Stopped by one today and got to play with one.

I want it even more now. The guy there is the person who activated my Sprint account a year ago so he said he'll hold one aside for me.

    Pretty sweet.

Yes, I do understand that, just went to both because they where right across the street from each other, and to see how many the Sprint store had in stock for Sunday, and just curious if they also had a demo today also. Again, kinda bummed Sprint won't have the nice BlackBerry box all the other carriers will be selling the Bold 9930/9900 in. Guess "Go Green" is the new cheap a** carrier
