    So my sister dropped her Bold 9700 in a toilet back sometime and I put in a claim but she didn't have the money so we were told we could just come back to the claim at anytime. Well anyways I called up Asurion the other day and they couldn't find my claim that I had done online a few months back so they told me to open another claim but some people are saying that I can't do it over thirty days and yadda yadda. So I went to open a new claim and I get as far as payment info. Should I go through with it or no?

    I am saddened to hear that your sister's device was damaged, and more so about the claim part. I would have loved to assist you on this but unfortunately I don't know about insurance claims, do you have any record or tracking number of the claim you made previously?? if you do make sure you quote that while making the new claim.
