hi guys

i'm going to start to work in industrial security factory (hope i described myself well) and i have to use a non camera phone.. so, i bought non camera blackberry bold 9780 on ebay and i got it with english on it.. i have never used blackberry and not familiar with this os.. i have os 6.0.0.285 installed on it and i want hebrew on it.. how do i do this? i'm not that noobie, i have a technical sense and i know how to flash roms for android devices and upgrade/downgrade iphone's ios.. also, i saw that there is a newer firmware for my phone.. how can i update to the latest firmware and have hebrew on it?

btw, what is the latest firmware for blackberry bold 9780? i read that the .666 is the best firmware.. is blackberry os downgradable?
