after install my bbm 7 (for app world) my phone show me initialization failed with SOS

what does this mean?
and how to solve it?

I have the same problem for my dad's Bold 9650. If you find out how to fix it please let me know.

Hey I finally figured out what this exception is from. When I upgrade to the OS6, one of the apps "Ringtone Maker" has an error associated with it. I just deleted this app and the exception no longer pops up when I reboot my phone.

I got the same error message on my Curve 9360. It kept sporadically resetting itself and chewing up battery power. When I removed the"Ringtone Creator" and "Ringtone Maker" program apps and restarted the phone, the problem was solved. Thank you very much for this solution.
