I'm tired of Apple's arrogance
I'm new to this forum so hopefully this is the right place. I just signed up with Telus and my wife and I did get iPhone 4's. Now after playing around with the Bold 9900 I really want that phone instead of the iPhone. Now the policy states all devices with the exception of iPhones have a 7 day return, subjective to a restocking charge.
The explanation I got from the manager was because as soon as it's 'bricked' it becomes a used phone. I was thinking so are all other cell phones that leave the store so why is Apple any different? I wanted to return the iPhone and go with a Bold 9900 but unless there is an actual default I won't be able to. My only option would be to sell this and buy a Bold outright.
I love mac computers but Apple's arrogance is starting to really **** me off. What do you guys think? I have to convince the wife as well as her name is on the contract and she loves her iPhone. I did own a torch for about 5 months so I do know a little about Blackberries.
