Icons like the torch?

I like the look of the icons how they are in the Blackberry Torch with the writing underneath eg. So it actually says "messaging" under the actual messaging icon or "phonebook" under the phonebook icon etc.

So is there any way to get icons like these on the Bold? The bolds icon label currently appears in a bar above the first row of icons.
