If anyone has any words of wisdom. I used my desktop manager to switch the devices. I went to my setup wizard and for some reason it will not let me add my user name or password. I tried adding the complete email address and just the user name. No go. It seems that I have had this little problem before I cannot remember how to fix it.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!
Log onto the Verizon BIS website and do a "change device". It will resend your service books and all of your mailboxes willl appear

Thanks everyone. My password keeper is also absent. Any thoughts on that?
Check through your BB folders and make sure its not set on hidden. Go into any folders you have on your BB>BB Button>Show All
If not use Desktop Manager and under apps installed> check off the box for password keeper and re-install it.
