    Hey guys,

    I need some help. Im getting this error everytime I try to use the internet.

    "HTTP Error 404: Not Found. The page you are trying to load could not be found. Please try loading a different page."

    ... everytime i want to use the "help" option of my BB anyone knows how i can solve this problem ?

    The 404 error code is when the address you entered is not/no longer available. Its the internet, not the berry.

    I have the same problem when using the "Help" application.

    It says to try a different page.
    How exactly do I try a different page on the help app?
    And if I do try a different page, then it wouldn't be a help app.

    any ideas?
