I want to change my BB housing but how do I do it without voiding my warranty?
If I accidentally tear the sticker, how can I replace it? I saw some sites selling replacement warranty stickers and I wonder if its usable?

If you take apart - warranty gone. Period.
Is there like an "official" statement by blackberry which says this?
How would they know if you've taken apart your blackberry if say you have a replacement warranty sticker?
It's not RIM you need to worry about, it's your carrier. If you wish to replace the sticker, go ahead. I wouldn't though.
If you open the case, you void the warranty. Period.
There are stickers covering the screws on the housing as well.
http://www.blackberry.com/legal/warranty/handheld.shtml
This Limited Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or if any component of the BlackBerry hardware is opened or repaired by someone not authorized by RIM, and does not cover repair or replacement of any BlackBerry Hardware damaged by: misuse, moisture or liquids, proximity or exposure to heat, accident, abuse, neglect, misapplication, or defects due to repairs or modifications made by anyone other than RIM.
But how will they know that the phone has been opened if I put a replacement warranty sticker?
I'm sure that you're not suggesting that you're trying to defraud your carrier by claiming on a warranty that you have voided.
To do so on a public forum would simply be foolish...
Short answer is that its practically impossible to take the stickers off without making it look like they were tampered with. Plus all the housings I've seen online are cheap chinese knockoffs. In addition, the screws have locktite on them so their basically one time use.
Your carrier will easily find this thread if they google it. You will not be able to replace the sticker or screws stickers/lockrite at all without the carrier finding out. Period. You already have answers saying NO.
