Hey guys,

I can not find blackberry protect after my phone bricked and I reinstalled the OS on the device.

It's not available on the app world and not available on the BB site.

However, my phone came with it.

I need the software to put the latest backup it did on my phone.

Please help me...

I've looked and can not find the solution anywhere.

You should be able to download it from this link:

BlackBerry - BlackBerry Protect

If you are still having issues, you need to ask your carrier to reset the OS of your phone.

Thank you very much for the reply.
However, I have tried that already.

The issue is that my phone is from Telus and the provider is Fido.

I have tried it all, and can NOT get the Protect back on the phone.

It's really annoying. It worked after the first bricking incident but now it's not for some odd reason.

Any other ideas?
