Hi! My Lcd is broken for second time, and now that i took it apart, the model number was gone, and i dont remember if its 02/04 - 01/04.... (03/04 I bought this one and didnt worked, white screen)

is there a way to find out?

Stuff like that would be included on the sales receipt, you know sold 1 item 01/04 @ $XX.XX. Just check your sales receipt.

You need the original lcd on the phone to know which is the right one. It is printed on the back of the LCD. Otherwise you will have to use trial and error

Would a different model LCD screen give you a white screen error? I'm getting that after changing my screen and replacing the housing.

Yes, the wrong lcd would create the white screen issue
