So, I've only had my BBBold for 4 days and it already started showing me that crazy little "spinning timer" in the middle of my screen. It was suggested to me to do a battery pull and then restart, but one small problem... I can't get the battery out!
I had no trouble taking the back off, but the battery seems to be stuck in there. Help?

on either side of the battery on the upper sides are small grooves. take a fingernail and lift up on the battery ... it comes right out

I hook my nail onto the top and pop it out.

You're welcome! I had to do a battery pull after installing too many things and had problems pulling it out, too
