    Thanks in advance for your help. My BB Bold 9000 is sending and receiving emails fine but emails on the phone don't delete automatically when deleted in outlook on my computer. How can I change this? My phone doesn't use the BlackBerry Enterprise Server, 3 enabled it instead. The desktop software doesn't seem to allow me to play with email sync settings either. The Microsoft Outlook client isn't configured either apparently. Thank you, Mark

    Email isn't done through the desktop manager software at all. What kinds of email are you connecting to? POP? IMAP?

    If POP, there is no way for deletions to cross over from one platform to another unless the deletion is done prior to the other platform downloading it.

    If IMAP, deletions from the BB should sync fairly quickly to the source but the other way around does take time (if at all).
