Hello i just got a blackberry Bold 9000. and im wondering how i reset it completely. as in right out of the box settings, no contacts,pictures,music ect.

any help would be greatful

Go to options>security options>gneral settings>menu>wipe handheld

when i get to general settings it says something about content compression and protection... nothing about wiping.

on that screen you should be able to hit the menu(bb button) then wipe handheld...
