How do I recover my BlackBerry e mail address password?

I recently experienced a bricked 9900, I managed to reload the OS and the phone seems to be working fine for now. I cannot activate my blackberry e mail address on the device. It keeps telling me that my username or password is incorrect. The username works on my blackberry ID. Please assist if possible

The e mail address is no longer on my device therefore I am not able to edit or get to the forgot password procedure. That e mail address is linked to my bb ID, I am just afraid that if need be, I cannot access that e mail address to make any changes or anything to my device via the bb ID

The best assistance will be your carrier then. They should have a fingerprint of your BlackBerry email ...

Basically it's what is described at the end of the procedure page I suggested, except it's not to recover the password but to get the email address... and done by your carrier reps.

BTW what is your Carrier ?

Ha, happened to me way too many times to remember. XD

All I did was delete and re-create it again, since you already remember your e-mail address, you're good to go, pending nobody else signed up with it.

I also have the classic but been using my 9900 for eight days straight now.
