Can I make the screen blank when its charging/sitting in its base?

Press menu then options. Change your charging screen to none instead of display clock.

yep just hit end. or go into the settings and options while the clock is showing and turn it off. where it says when charging choose do nothing.

Thanks; I can get into that screen only when its docked and I press the menu button.

How do i access it when its not charging? (for say, the stopwatch)

They're should be an icon for the clock app on your phone. Mines on my home screen
