Hello,

Whenever I try to open a PDF, Excel, Word, PowerPoint attachment from an email received on BES, I'm being prompted to save the file in a location rather than opening up the file. I have checked and have documents to go installed.

How do I bypass the "Save Location" when opening up a mail attachment?

did it do this from the start or just start doing it out of the blue?

I am not on a BES and the same thing happens. I think on BlackBerry 10 any file has to be saved somewhere on device in order to open it.

I have never seen any options to change it.
