    You need to import them into Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express/Windows Live Mail and then sync your BlackBerry to that.

    Otherwise, try send the VCF as an email attachment.

    Blackberry Desktop manager may be able to aid in the switching to blackberry from your nokia, pending the nokia's device/desktop software is installed.
