I want to sell my Bold, is there an easy way to remove/erase all the information from both the phone and the memory card????

Options>Security Options>General Settings. Hit menu button and click on Wipe Handheld. This wipes info and resets to factory state.

go to options>security>bb button>wipe handheld and to wipe the memory just format in the berry and it will wipe it clean

Just the phone. Go to Options>memory and scroll to the card. Select Format from the menu.
