    bis was working well in my bb9780 .my mobile was erased and all the service books were lost .i have previous backups of my mobile on my laptob but it won't restore service books and bis is not connected and i cannot down facebook application it shows an error message

    Log to your BIS account on the web (use a PC) and push the service books back.

    It's usually <yourcarrier>.blackberry.com
