    my blackberry bold 9700 kept loading on the screen ,the device is already opened but this loading cant allow me to go every where at the phone .I tried to pull out the battery and wait for sometime but there was no solution on this .it doesn't allow me to open the tray ,it shows very few icons, being browser, blackberry advisor ,bbm, etc.the fact is ,when I try to access those few it is says loading .inside blackberry advisor it says loading and inner I see small written latters "java.nullpointexcerption.................." .New ( os) is already installed but the problem persists please help I cant access anything at my device please please help
