Hey forum, fairly new Bold user here, and I need to dump an email folder from the device. I have three, and one is a duplication. Can't seem to find how quickly, so I am posing the question here.

I would log into your BIS and delete from there, then resend the service books.

THanks for the advice, but it didn't seem to change anything. I sent the service book, did a soft reset afterwards for good measure, and now one of my desired email folders is starred as though a message is waiting there, but it's empty - and the third (undesired) folder still appears.

Any ideas?

try deleting your service books within your phone(advanced options/service books),then resend.Are you sure its an email message
