But if you don't have any 3G issue, i wouldn't recommend this, because it drains the battery fast enough.. Well, i don't care for the battery, it solve my 3G issue !!!

I'm pretty sure I read on here that .586 was supposed to be the official T-mobile one.I've been running .593 for a while and it definitely has not fixed the 3G to GPRS issue for me.
If I already have .593 installed from CSL...how do I go about installing this considering the bundle version and the platform version are exactly the same one as the CSL version...?
nothing, except the CSL has eastasian languages + english, whereas t-mo's will probably have multilanguage (non-asian).
That's about it. T-Mobile will almost certainly rip ot the East Asian languages and they may do the same with other carriers themes as including any updated themes that they may have written for this release (dream on).
It is also possible that they may have optimized some stuff (parameter tweaking) for their network and this may be why the OP is soooo happy.
Beyond that the functionality (bugs n'all) this release will be the same as the leaked beta.

Is there a way to confirm this? I mean, although I'm not having any issues I would like to have the extra confidence knowing that I have the proper carrier specific os version.

If this is true that carriers do indeed tweak OS for their network then installing OS from different carrier is not recommended.
Thanks for this post! Installed, very happy. Fixes many small bugs. Only down side is it can't see my router anymore...? Strange, since it worked previously, and still sees various neighbor's signals.
Again, can someone answer my question please. How do I go about installing T-Mobile's .593 when I have CSL's .593 already installed?
You can use a PC application like BBSAK or CrackMem to WIPE you device and load the OS... of course that is if you have deleted the previously loaded Blackberry OS versions from your PC and loaded the T-Mobile version.
And of course that is only after you have backed up EVERYTHING... using DM > Backup/Restore... and your 3rd party apps.
