    Good afternoon / evening

First of all I apologize for the inconvenience. but I need help urgently. I have a BB9700 Bold. Some time ago I introduced the OS6. At this point is constantly giving memory error. I was wondering if there way back home to restore or put a version where not occupy much space.

Thanks for your help and once again apologize for the inconvenience.

Put on the same OS again, but this time shrink the files first. Remove all the useless stuff in the list with a program like BBSAK or BBHTool. Both are free and come with lots of functionality. There are threads around here like this one http://forums.crackberry.com/forum-f...ink-os-348769/ with instructions. We did this with the household 9700 and the phone runs very well indeed. No memory problems. Great battery life.

Search the forums for BB Boss. It's a great tool to shrink out what's not needed.
