My phone had been working fine, i went to bed and had my phone face down on the dresser, woke up to only a white screen. i can make calls, receive texts and do everything normal but cannot see anything. I've read a lot of posts saying press down on certain spots to fix the LCD but I cant tell if i'm doing it right. (obviously not if its still not working haha..) i've done battery pull and left battery out for a while, still nothing. no hour glass either. just plain white. HELP!

Have you tried palming it into your hand, either sideways, upside down or right side up? It worked for me only once. I then had to get a warranty repair done to replace the defective screen.

Had you recently dropped it?
One cause of a white screen is the LCD cracked on the inside.

Can you see anything on the screen? Plug it in,and move it around in the light. Is there a streaked or ghost image of the clock visible at all?
If so, then it's definitely a cracked LCD.
