help uninstalling shrink it!

Hi, I just installed shrink it on my phone and want to delete it but it doesn't show up in my downloads folder. It has definitely been installed coz I get the option to use it when I open up any pic...but just don't get an option to delete it. I really want to get it off my phone. Please help!

Go to options > applications > select it from the list, press the BB menu Button and ''delete''. Reboot
