    When I go into my set up wizard for the email it immediately asks me if I am a corporate user when I try to un-select this I cannot. Any suggestions?

    Are you on rogers by any chance?

    If so, this might help. I had the same problem when I got mine. I called Rogers and told them I just got the bold and 6gb dataplan. They checked and said oh we put you on the dataplan but not the 6gb BLACKBERRY dataplan.

    They switched me to the BLACKBERRY data plan and it worked.

    Kind of stupid but hey I figured it might help you.
