I installed .415 and it had a lot of bugs so I wanted to downgrade back to .351 (rogers) and for some reason it won't do it for me... And so I thought maybe because I had a newer version so I downgraded to the tmo stock (.330) and then I uninstalled/removed the .415 from my computer, and redownloaded the .351 from bb official website, followed the instructions and for some odd reason it went back to .415 ! :O I installed and reinstalled os several times today, can't figure out what's wrong...help???

You sure you deleted the vendor.xml file when you installed 351??...also make sure you uninstall all the other OS that are on your pc as that will cause issues.

But you definitely need to delete the vendor.xml file then use the app loader to load the OS.

Rather than downgrading against it's will. .421 is out and has worked great for me. Why not go ahead an upgrade to that?

Downgrade you need to completely delete the os from you comp (control panel, remove apps) then restart your comp sometimes is needed.
