    Hi everyone. My friend has a bold with vodafone uk for several months now and it's been working great, I have a data plan, BIS. The problem started few days ago when the phone couldn't access the internet/appstore sometimes. The next day I could bbm but not receive calls or call out! I did a battery pulled and everything was working again. Today the problem started again but this time I couldn't bbm but could recieve calls/texts! So I battery pulled and it's working again.

    So I'm really confused as to what's going on. If anyone has any ideas I would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Did you resend the service books? Or ask vodafone UK it could be very much . . .

    What does sending service books do? Is there a tech support team who receives these service books data and analyse them?

    There is a specialist dept for Blackberry support.

    You can login into your own BIS a/c on the net and send the service books which tell your Bold how to work. takes a couple of minutes
