I am having trouble backing up my phone.I am using DM 4.7. I have also tried 4.6 and 5.0. It still wont back. I have cleared my browser cache and still will not back i keep getting error backing up data folder. It does not stop at the same place all the time. I also tried a battery pull nothing is working can someone please help. I am running .282 Asian version. I want to move to the rogers version as the Asian version i get very bad battery life. I want to completely wipe my device but wont until i can back it up thanks for the help

How did you clear the browser cache?

there are 2 ways, via the device
or
via DM, advanced, browser cache, clear.

The second method is the only one that solves the issue for me.
