HELP: OWA and BIS not working

Hi,

Got new employer which has a really locked down internet - and can't seem to set up my works email on my Bold.

When I go through my BIS carrier page I am unable to download the ActiveX file which detects settings and as such I need to manually enter the details. Think I have them all correct but doesn't seem to work.

My OWA page is http://mymail-sec.ea.glasgow.sch.uk - yet when I enter it into my setup page along with my domain etc it doesn't work.

Could it be my employer has stopped Blackberry access or do I need to change my settings?

Last time I set up my OWA it worked in 2 mins.

have you tried https://mymail-sec.ea.glasgow.sch.uk/Exchange which is the url thats called from the http page link you posted. (try also replacing /Exchange with /owa , depends on the version of exchange.)

Yea same here my company just upgraded to the New verison with MISA

When I go to the OWA - it does a redirect to here, a pop up with this address

Think company is running exchange 2007 - if this makes a difference
