Have you been able to find the picture in the media file of the phone? If so delete it from there and see if that works to remove it from the songs.

LMAO kids! They probably saved the images into the device memory rather than the SD. So at this point you'd need a file explorer to browse your device internal memory and once you will discover them you will be able to delete them.

Download even the trial version of File scout first, install it once the app is installed browse the DEVICE folder and search under home>user>pictures they should be there, if they're not they'll be else where, positive.

P.S. Valentino he's a God but unfortuntelly for us the so loved Ducati is not giving him the prospects to push as he wants to

If the pictures are assigned to the music, then they should be simple to locate using the PC.

Note which bands and albums the dodgy artwork is on. Then attach phone to PC.

Use Windows File Explorer to open the Blackberry's media card.

Open the Blackberry folder and you will find the music folder. And in there you should find the artwork. The art for each album will be in the folder alongside the tracks for that album. The images will be called folder.jpg. Just delete the JPGs or replace with the correct image.
