I use AOL on my blackberry but today for some reason it kept signing me off. I unistalled AOL and reinstalled and when I try and sign in a message keeps coming up during signing in saying "! Service not enabled for this handheld". Has anybody experienced anything like this before? I can't unstamd why its saying this when I have used it most days for the last 7 months.

Does anybody know how I could do a factory reset on the phone (more than just pull the battery) to try and just have what was installed when I got the phone? I notices that AIM - BBIM [BBIM] has been erased from the service book. Could this have anything to do with it?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks!

The only help I can say is not to do a factory reset at this point. Have you tried logging via a PC? That SB will get deleted when you remove the app.
