    I have a problem, My BB Bold suddenly can't receive emails, cant browsing and cant BB Messenger, I have using it for about 2 months,..I have checked it to Sim card Provider,..They told me that my BB Bold was a cloning one..anybody can help with this ?,..so many thanks ( My sim card provider is XL Indonesia )..

    Do you have 3G or EDGE? If you have 3g or edge, then it won't work.

    Also, call your carrier, and verify that you still have data added to your account...

    had this once myself, i pulled the battery a hundred times, spoke to vodafone who assured me the account was provisioned corrcetly, swapped to an older BB and changed device on my account, all worked fine, back to the bold, (after changing device again) and nothing..

    eventually a battery pull for 24 hours solved it.

    Sounds like the pin may have been blocked by rim. If they think you were cloming another device-account. It sounds like your pin may have been blacklisted
