Help? MEP Invisible?

Hey I'm looking for my MEP code but when I go into my Device Information and scroll down to SW Parts List it's blank I can't see anything there. I'm trying to unlock my blackberry 9900 can someone help me? If you can help me maybe message me it might be easier?
