hi there guys im new here my first blackberry bought of ebay....

im trying to remove my password and everything but i have a IT policy ive read all about these IT policys but nothing i do ive tryed different ways and nothiing i do can remove this policy its really bugging me here can someone help please it will be much appreciated

i did that an now my camera wont work also says i need to close other applications first and i still got IT policy

i installed my destop manager first version 6.0

then installed this

BlackBerry Handheld Software v5.0.0.1254 (All Languages)

Package Version: 5.0.0.1254
Consisting of:
Applications: 5.0.0.743
Software Platform: 5.1.0.165
File name: 9700jAllLang_PBr5.0.0_rel1254_PL5.1.0.165_A5.0.0.7 43_O2_UK.exe
File size: 159.48MB

which is the same spec as what my blackbeery is using before my phone is unlocked but was originally using O2 so used that software then ran the apploader completed it all phone restarted and still got IT policy :/

i do the apploader and run

LOADER.exe /resettofactory

it takes forever to load then when it does load it wont see my bb on the port and the box to tick the detect port cannot be ticked ?? ive entered my password and everything but if i go to the apploader by navigating to it trough my explorer it all works but doesnt remove the policy ?

Don't know about the camera issue. I think it always has an IT policy file. IIUC, the OS won't run without it. The question is what is in it. What is it that the IT policy is preventing you from doing?

it IT policy is preventing me accessing the internet i can make calls and texts but also wont let me get rid of the password or the firewall or anything
